We currently deliver Nutloom orders across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.
During busy periods, promotions or unforeseen circumstances, processing may occasionally take longer.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability and other circumstances affecting transit. Remote locations may occasionally require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If free shipping is offered on an order, the applicable conditions will be displayed on our website or at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided at checkout.
If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us at support@nutloom.com with your order number.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or dispatched.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delayed or Lost Orders
While we work with our delivery partners to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions or other logistical issues.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@nutloom.com with your order number so we can look into the issue.
